And, we learn all about Aylin’s life. Aylin was a very beautiful woman, she was married to a prince, she was a Turkish immigrant, she was a renowned psychiatrist, an officer in the US Army. I chose to read this book from the Kindle Unlimited selection as I found the description appealing. Ama sen bunu nereden bileceksin ki? The writer a relative of hers. It seems we pass five husbands and numorous flings in the blink of an eye only to slow down to tell about several patients she treated.

A confusing story I read this book till the end, looking for an explanation for the complexity of the main character’s emotional reasoning, but didn’t find it. Aylin, kkulin I figured, was so much full of love that it was impossible for her to contain all of it within. When I landed on a review blog with Aylin’s ay,in on top of the page, I couldn’t stop myself from adding the book into my next read list though the review didn’t suggest a great out sdi the book.
I thought the writing was good, it did keep me interested, I was unhappy with the ending, which I felt gave me no closure to the story. Short story writerscreenwriternovelist.
A large part of this is due to Aylin herself. I am not sure if the distance I felt from the characters was due to Kulin’s storytelling style or whether the translation from Turkish was at fault.

Initial introduction of old bloodline of Aylin was the part I simply wanted to skip as I didn’t feel it really provide readers any peek into Turkish culture as I expected, neither does much of Aylin’s life. She certainly had an interesting life sometimes hard to believe and often times inconsistent with who she was.
The unanswered mystery is how and why she was so different – in a culture that places such a high value on conformity. This does not effect my opinions in any way. If you cannot devout your time to such a story, if you have a bit of difficulty following along, this novel will not connect with you.

Aylim not the best book I’ve ever read but give it a shot, it’s pretty good and an easy one. Zeynep Seval rated it really liked it Jul 19, May be it was not love that destroyed her bit by bit but it was independence that she savoured which consumed her completely.
Was this based on a real person? Aylin is not going to be for everyone. First of all, this book is presented as fiction but is really the life story of the remarkable Aylin De Vrimel Radomisli-Cates, tho she’s never referred to as such, written by a cousin who clearly hero-worshipped her.

I loved getting to see Aylin grow, and seeing her relationships change as the seasons of her life changed. Is this book based on an actual living or deceased person? Be prepared to get lost in its words, be prepared to take your time and embrace the story as it unfolds and most importantly you must be sure to let it get into its groove.

Il romanzo inizia dalla fine, col ritrovamento del suo corpo senza vita, continua con una ampia noiosa ed inutile, a mio parere panoramica dei suoi antenati. This contrasts vastly with the aulin of the book giving us a huge build up about a remarkable character. Then the turns towards the past and starts with her ancestors and continues to describe her whole life. Writing style was bit different from what I have read so far, but again I know that it would have been a complete different experience if the book was ayliin in its original language.
Unfortunately, this aysd not a book that I could relate to or find resonated with my attitudes, which is surprising given the themes within. But if you are up to it, this novel will be just what you are looking for—I knew within the first few chapters that the story was special.
