When will I know I am recovered? Start with red, 3 sets of 15, up to twice a day if you can. I would recommend ice afterward.


As you get better, you should note less pain when doing the activities that bothered you before. What if I have tennis elbow in my two arms? So, the two arms are involved.

Should I still do the exercises as indicated? I have tried everything including acupuncture for almost a year!!!!!
